Heart attack can cause sudden death to any individual and it happens unexpected. Salmon, tuna and sardines are examples of fish rich in omega 3. These foods are the best way for you to lose your weight or to maintain your figure. Many people suffer starving while on diet. They don’t eat they think they became fat because of too much eating. These are rich in preservatives that contain fatty acids.
